What to Send
Email us the page URL, what looks wrong, the correction or action you want, and any supporting source links. Reports with primary sources or official documents can be reviewed faster.
Accepted report types
- Incorrect public figure identity, office, party, affidavit, asset, liability, education, or criminal-case data
- Missing or incorrect source attribution
- Copyright, licensing, symbol, or image concerns
- Privacy, deletion, correction, withdrawal, or grievance requests
- Broken links, UI bugs, accessibility issues, or stale pages

This creates a reviewable trail for intake, follow-up, and closure.

Logged Review Process
2. Triage
Each report is classified as data correction, privacy/grievance, licensing/takedown, security, or product bug. Urgent legal, privacy, and safety issues are prioritized.
3. Source review
The reported page is checked against linked sources and any new source provided. For public figure records, primary or official records take precedence where available.
4. Resolution
The record is corrected, qualified, removed, or left unchanged with an internal note. Material data fixes reference the source used for the change.
5. Response
Where contact details are provided, acknowledgements typically arrive within 7 days and routine reports close within 30 days. Complex source disputes may take longer.
