What happened
The Allahabad High Court was forced to intervene after a Land Management Committee secretary in Kaushambi district issued a 3-day eviction notice without a single hearing. In a stunning display of administrative efficiency, the official bypassed the entire UP Revenue Code, 2006, presumably to save the petitioner the emotional stress of defending their home. The Court is now requesting the official's presence to explain why they shouldn't be 'evicted' from their job for this procedural speedrun.
