Indian officials have successfully conquered time itself, holding mass training sessions on a date that doesn't exist.
A damning report from the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has uncovered that the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is so efficient it has expanded the Gregorian calendar. Audits revealed that training sessions were officially recorded as being held on February 31st. While the rest of the world is stuck with 28 or 29 days in February, the Indian skill development ecosystem has unlocked an extra day of productivity—or at least an extra day of ghost-beneficiary billing. The audit also found that 95% of beneficiaries had fake bank accounts, proving that non-existent people are the most likely to attend non-existent dates.
