In a display of governance through grievance, the West Bengal Chief Minister took the fight for state rights to the doorsteps of a guest house in Delhi. By confronting police personnel over 'SIR' (Special Investment Region) issues, the administration proved that if you can't get investment into your state, you can at least get a viral video of yourself arguing about it in the national capital.
