What happened
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) was shocked to discover that seven transit camp buildings were being constructed on a plot of land it had specifically reserved for its own sewage treatment plant. While the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) allegedly 'forgot' whose land it was, construction has already disturbed the sewage flow, setting the stage for a spectacular monsoon-themed water park inside the new living rooms.
