The move aims to transform the mundane act of processing files into a sacred duty. Experts suggest that by treating a pending clearance as a 'spiritual quest,' bureaucrats will no longer feel the need for earthly motivations like bribes. The government claims housing all ministries in one cluster will save Rs 1,500 crore in rent, though critics worry the cost of updating the 'Teerth' signage might require a separate budget pilgrimage.
