The odd part
The road exists in the fourth dimension, invisible to common taxpayers.
What happened
The Sepahijala district administration has achieved a miraculous feat of engineering: an 8.27 crore road project that is 100% complete on paper but 0% visible on the ground. While villagers navigate knee-deep slush, a majestic government signboard confirms they are actually standing on a 'successfully renovated' PMGSY highway. Officials suggest the road is simply 'introverted' and hasn't come out of the files yet.
