Limitations
WIPO revises indicators and the economy set between editions, and the field has moved between 126 and 143 economies, so a rank move can reflect a change in who is covered rather than in India. Editions before 2022 carry a rank without a score. Several inputs are themselves other indexes rather than direct measurements.
